You may use GhostSEO only for lawful purposes and only with accounts, systems, data, and publishing destinations that you are authorized to use.
You may not use GhostSEO to gain unauthorized access, steal credentials, bypass authentication, evade platform security, distribute malware, probe systems without permission, or interfere with service availability.
You may not use GhostSEO to send unlawful spam, bulk unsolicited messages, deceptive outreach, harassment, or automated activity that violates the rules of a connected platform or applicable communications law.
You may not use the service to impersonate another person or organization without authorization, create fraudulent records, conceal material identity information where disclosure is legally required, or facilitate scams or deceptive commercial practices.
You may not knowingly use GhostSEO to create, distribute, or automate content that violates applicable law or infringes intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
You may not use GhostSEO to evade API limits, platform restrictions, moderation systems, or technical controls imposed by connected services.
You remain responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before publishing or sending it. Automated generation does not remove your responsibility to comply with law, advertising rules, platform policies, intellectual-property obligations, or industry-specific requirements.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to investigate or stop material violations of this policy, protect the service, comply with law, or protect other users and third parties.
