Effective September 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how GhostSEO processes information when you use our website, account system, workflow automation, connected-service integrations, content tools, AI-assisted features, support channels, and related services.
We may process account information such as your name, email address, authentication data, plan information, support messages, workflow configuration, content, files, prompts, URLs, publishing instructions, and other information you submit to the service.
When you authorize a third-party service, GhostSEO may process the account identifiers, tokens, metadata, files, messages, posts, calendars, product data, site data, channel data, or other information permitted by the scopes you approve. We use connected-service data to perform the actions and synchronization you request.
We may process application activity, automation runs, timestamps, device or browser information, IP-derived technical data, error information, diagnostics, security events, and similar operational records needed to run and protect the service.
We use information to provide requested features, authenticate users, connect services, execute automations, generate or transform content, synchronize authorized data, provide support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, measure service reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
Content, prompts, files, OCR output, or other material may be sent to AI or inference systems when necessary to perform an AI-assisted feature you request. We limit that processing to the data reasonably required for the feature being used.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with infrastructure, communications, payment, authentication, analytics, AI-processing, or integration providers when needed to operate GhostSEO. We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, or to protect the security and integrity of the service.
GhostSEO uses cookies and similar browser storage for authentication, session security, preferences, and service functionality. More information is available in our Cookie Policy.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and operational records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business needs. Retention periods may differ by data type and connected service.
We use technical and administrative controls intended to protect information, including access restrictions and protected storage for sensitive credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security.
You may disconnect supported integrations, uninstall supported apps, update certain account information, or request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Connected platforms and external websites have their own privacy practices. This Policy does not control how those third parties collect or use information outside GhostSEO.
GhostSEO is not intended for children under the minimum age required to enter into a binding online-services agreement in their jurisdiction.
We may update this Policy when our service, integrations, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
