Effective September 9, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of GhostSEO, including its websites, connected-service integrations, workflow automation, content tools, AI-assisted features, reporting, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using GhostSEO, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You may connect only accounts, websites, stores, workspaces, channels, files, and other services that you are authorized to access and control.
GhostSEO may connect to third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, WordPress, LinkedIn, Slack, Discord, SHOPLINE, email providers, social platforms, feeds, and APIs. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, permissions, rate limits, availability, and policies. GhostSEO is not responsible for a third-party service changing or disabling an integration.
You control the signals, actions, destinations, schedules, and content used by your automations. You are responsible for reviewing configuration before enabling a workflow and for monitoring activity after it is enabled. You are also responsible for messages, posts, files, product updates, emails, or other actions initiated through your connected accounts.
AI-generated or AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use. You are responsible for reviewing factual claims, product information, pricing, legal or regulatory statements, disclosures, links, and publishing decisions before release. GhostSEO does not guarantee that generated output is error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
You may not use GhostSEO for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, credential theft, malware, deceptive impersonation, spam, infringement, harassment, fraud, attempts to bypass platform restrictions, or other activity prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.
You retain ownership of content and data that you submit or authorize GhostSEO to process. You grant GhostSEO the limited rights necessary to host, transform, transmit, analyze, and otherwise process that material solely to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service.
GhostSEO and its software, interfaces, workflow systems, designs, documentation, models, processing logic, and underlying technology remain the property of their respective rights holders. These Terms do not transfer ownership of GhostSEO technology to you.
Plan features, prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, and checkout details are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation and refund rules are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may update, maintain, suspend, limit, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, abuse prevention, infrastructure changes, or third-party platform compatibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and connected-account access. GhostSEO uses technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to the service, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, material violation of these Terms, security risk, abusive usage, legal obligations, or threats to the service or other users. You may stop using GhostSEO and cancel an eligible subscription at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostSEO is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that the service will produce specific search rankings, revenue, traffic, engagement, business outcomes, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GhostSEO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
We may update these Terms as the service, law, or connected platforms change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the service or other reasonable means.
Questions about these Terms may be sent through GhostSEO Support or by email to chriscprotech@gmail.com.
